Return Policy – Millie Boutique Sydney

At Millie Boutique Sydney, we want you to feel completely confident and delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returning Your Items

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the purchased items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

  • Please include a tracking number when sending your return.

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund for the purchase price.

  • All returns must be registered via our Customer Care team before shipping.


Received a Faulty Item

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Care team immediately and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Which item is damaged

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the fault

If your parcel was damaged during delivery, take a photo of the damaged packaging and item and send it to us within 7 days of delivery. We cannot process a refund, credit, or replacement without proof of damage reviewed by our team.


Received the Wrong Item

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team immediately and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the item you did not receive

  • The name of the item you received

  • A photo of the item you received


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, we recommend returning the unwanted product for a refund and placing a new order for the correct item.


Faulty or Damaged Products

If an item is faulty, damaged during transit, or defective in any way, there will be no return shipping charge.


Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchase

If you purchased the wrong product, ordered the wrong size, or simply no longer wish to keep it, you may return the item within 30 days. In these cases:

  • The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

  • A return tracking receipt must be provided to process the refund.
